Ecommerce brands & SaaS · $50K–$150K
Sell your online business with someone who has sold his own.
Most brokers won't take a business under $150K. I only take those. Full service, from valuation to handover, for a success fee and nothing upfront.

Why this exists
Too big to sell alone. Too small for most brokers.
At $50K–$150K a business is worth real money, but big brokerages rarely want it. So owners end up listing it themselves:
- writing the listing
- fielding tyre-kickers
- negotiating with strangers
- handling escrow and migration alone
I run the whole sale for you, and I only get paid if it sells.

Ground rules
- Asset sales only: the business is sold, not company shares.
- All buyer funds go through Escrow.com.
- Your numbers stay confidential. Buyers sign an NDA and prove funds first.
- If your business is under $50K, you get an honest answer on whether a broker is worth it.
How you get paid
You never hand over the business before the money is secured.
Every sale closes through Escrow.com, a licensed escrow service. Here is what happens once you accept an offer.
- 1
Agreement signed
You and the buyer sign the asset purchase agreement: price, what's included, the inspection period and the handover plan.
- 2
Buyer pays into escrow
The buyer sends the full price to Escrow.com. Escrow confirms the funds before anything is transferred.
- 3
You transfer the business
Store, domain, accounts, supplier contacts and assets move to the buyer, step by step, with me coordinating.
- 4
Buyer inspects
The buyer checks everything arrived as agreed, within the inspection period set in the agreement.
- 5
Funds released
Escrow.com releases the money to you. My 10% is settled at the same time, so you never pay me out of pocket.
Buying a business?
Get matched deals before they go public.
I'm building a list of buyers for ecommerce brands and SaaS businesses worth $50K–$150K. When I sign a listing that fits your criteria, you hear about it first.
Only what fits
You only hear about businesses that match your budget, model and niche. No blast emails.
Numbers checked first
Every listing comes with a prospectus built on verified revenue, profit and traffic, including the risks.
Safe closing
NDA and proof of funds before full details, and every purchase closes through Escrow.com.
FAQ
Common questions.
What businesses do you take?
Ecommerce and DTC brands on Shopify, WooCommerce and similar platforms, and small SaaS businesses. Typically worth $50K–$150K.
Does the free valuation commit me to anything?
No. There is no obligation until you sign a listing agreement.
What do I need for the valuation?
Rough revenue and profit for the last 12 months, your main traffic sources, and the hours per week the business takes. A monthly P&L makes it far more accurate. If you don't have one, download my P&L template.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. It is never shared without your written permission, and buyers only see details after signing an NDA.
How is payment handled?
Through Escrow.com. The funds are released to you once handover is confirmed.
Who buys businesses like mine?
Usually individual operators (often first-time buyers), small holding companies, and brands in the same niche that want your customers or products. For each listing I build a buyer list for that deal, starting with my own buyer list.
How long does a sale take?
It depends on the price, how clean your numbers are, and buyer demand, so I won't promise a date. Clean monthly accounts are the biggest thing you control: they speed up verification and stop deals stalling in due diligence.
Do I keep running the business during the sale?
Yes. Run it as normal. Steady or growing months during the sale support your price; a slump gives buyers a reason to renegotiate.
Why 10%?
At this size, the work of a sale is almost the same as for a larger one. And nothing is paid unless it sells.

What's your business worth?
