How I handle your information
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Rifat Exits is a business brokerage run by Rifat. This page explains what information I collect through rifatexits.com, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. Questions: rifat@rifatexits.com.
What I collect
- Valuation requests: your name, email, optional WhatsApp number, your business URL, and the figures you choose to share (revenue, profit, traffic sources, documents you link).
- Buyer list sign-ups: your name, email, budget, what you want to buy, how you plan to fund it, and any optional details you add.
- Emails you send me, and anything you attach.
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
How I use it
- To reply to you and prepare the valuation you asked for.
- To run the sale of your business, if you sign a listing agreement with me.
- To tell buyers on my list about businesses that match their criteria.
I never sell your information. I don't share a seller's business details with any buyer without the seller's written permission, and buyers only receive full details after signing an NDA.
Services that process it
- Google Forms (Google) stores the valuation and buyer list form responses.
- Hostinger hosts this website and my email.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, which means your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
- Escrow.com handles payments in any sale. Escrow.com has its own privacy policy and identity checks.
How long I keep it
I keep information for as long as it's useful for the purpose you shared it for, for example while you're on the buyer list, or for records of a completed sale. You can ask me to delete it at any time, unless I'm required to keep it for a completed transaction.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or to be removed from the buyer list. Email rifat@rifatexits.com and I'll handle it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
